From the perusal of the order dated 24.09.2020 (Annexure P-5), which is apparently under challenge in this petition, it appears that no reason has been assigned by the authorities concerned while rejecting the application of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the impugned order dated 24.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) is quashed only qua the petitioner, and the matter is remanded to the authorities concerned to pass a reasoned order on the application of the petitioner after affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, in accordance with law, within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order. 5.
