Case No. 05 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 42 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 363/366A/376(1) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., earlier called for, has been received. It appears that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and went to Simla with the petitioner. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
