The petitioner and the respondent have filed a joint memo dated 03.04.2025 stating that they have mutually agreed and settled that the petitioner-tenant, undertakes to vacate and handover peaceful possession of the schedule premises to the respondent-landlord within three months from today. The petitioner undertakes to vacate and voluntarily handover the premises to the respondent without resorting the execution proceedings. However, insofar as the arrears of rent and mesne profit, the parties have mutually agreed to agitate the same in the execution petition i.e., in Ex.P.No.1751/2024 pending before SCCH

4, Bengaluru. The petitioner – Sri A.V.Shekar, has also filed an affidavit along with the joint memo reiterating the terms and conditions of the joint memo.
