Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of B.NS., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Rinki Kumari, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the witnesses recorded during investigation. Witnesses have stated that deceased used to talk to another person. Petitioner forbade her from doing so. On being agitated, deceased committed suicide. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau, in connection with Chainpur P.S.
