While placing on record communication dated 22.12.2025 issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 20.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, respondents after having considered the representation of the petitioner have rejected the same, because petitioner has not been found entitled to relief, as prayed for.
2. Having carefully perused afore documents, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly the same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of
law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed. December 23, 2025
