His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, he preferred representation on 23.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/ competent authority, seeking his transfer 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - to a station of choice, inter alia, detailing his adverse family circumstances as well. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of six weeks from today.
