Also heard Shri Hari Om Rai, learned Panel Lawyer for the State, and Shri Rakesh Kashyap, counsel for the complainant. 1. The petitioner has filed the petition with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and kindly be pleased to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.678/2021 registered at Crmp 1571 of 2022 2 Police Station Khamtarai, Raipur, District Raipur (CG), charge sheet & criminal proceeding pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Special Court Raipur, District Raipur (CG) bearing Special Criminal Case No.235/2021, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, and the proceedings pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Special Court Raipur, district Raipur against the petitioner be quashed. 3. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the private respondent/complainant would jointly submit that there is no interim order passed in the case, and the trial is in progress. Statement of the Victim as well as her mother have been recorded. 4. In view of above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, also in view of the fact that trial is in progress and evidence of victim and her mother have already been recorded, we do not find any good ground for interference in the present petition in such advance stage of trial. 5.
