GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in opening a suspect sheet against the petitioners on the file of the 5th Respondent police station as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and violative of AP Standing orders consequently to set aside the same” 2 2. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the petitioners in the vicinity, suspect sheet was opened against the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioners were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against them. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the Suspect Sheet opened against the petitioners on the file of Vedayapalem Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, is hereby set aside.
