It has been averred in the application that after passing of the impugned judgment, non- applicant/appellant has deposited the entire award amount in the Registry of this Court and the applicant requires the amount of compensation for her maintenance and day to day expenses. Keeping in view the averments, as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and 50% of the enhanced award amount along with upto date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to her bank account, details whereof have been given in para 6 of the application.
