Sri Udit Chandra for the respondent Corporation states that the claim of the petitioner is under active consideration and necessary action would be taken within a period of four weeks. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 4 to examine petitioner's claim and do the needful, in accordance with the terms of contract and as per law, within a period of four weeks.
