Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:47758 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4045 of 2025 Petitioner :- Bhagwan Das Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Keshav Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Suresh Singh Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to revised dearness allowance, arrears and other consequential service benefits. The petitioner also claims that his dues are liable to be computed correctly. He has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. The only prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is that representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Keshav Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority as per law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that service benefits/claim is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In light of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding grant of revised dearness allowance, arrears, computation of dues and other consequential service benefits as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
