Through the instant writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a prayer is made for issuance of a mandamus upon the respondents to decide the representations dated 30.06.2023 and 23.10.2023 (Annexure P-3), and thereby, acting upon the same and disbursing the requisite amounts to the present petitioner. 2. From the perusal of the instant petition it reflects that the amount which the petitioner has raised in the instant petition, pertains to 8th Running Bill for an amount of Rs.2,26,316/- for the year 2011. The petitioner raised this bill before the authority concerned after 12 years, i.e. in the year 2024.
