Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the charge sheet of Crime No. 19/2018 registered at Ajak, Korba, District Korba for an offence under Sections 294, 506, 34, 376 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2), 5A of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 and the Criminal Proceeding Case No. 17 of 2019 before the Special Judge (SC, ST) Act, Korba, District Korba. 2. The petitioners have filed the present CRMP with the following reliefs: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the charge sheet as registered in Crime No. 19/2018 by Police Station Ajak, District Korba (C.G.) and the criminal proceeding before the court of Special Judge Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes at Korba in Special Case No. 17/2019, in the interest of justice.” 3.
