He submits that, in view of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondents No.4 and 5, the Petitions may be disposed of. 3. Learned Advocate appearing for Respondents No.4 and 5 submits that, by way of Government Notification dated 15/4/2025, the Government of Maharashtra has issued notice inviting suggestions and objections in the subject matter and the Petitioners can very well respond to the same if they wish. 4.
