Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 9 of 2025 arising out of Gumla P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 70(2), 115(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 and 10 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Court-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gumla. 3. On 20.01.2025 at 2.30 p.m., petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have gangraped the victim. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has given complete go-bye to the prosecution case. She has been declared hostile. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Court-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gumla in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 9 of 2025 arising out of Gumla P.S.
