State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 1913/2024 and connected matters. 3. In light of the parties being ad idem, we dispose of these writ petitions directing the respondents to pay to the petitioners minimum pay scales at lowest grade in the regular pay scale extended to the regular employees.
