Earlier petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading all the accused vide order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
