Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.389 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 103, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Adnan Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 16.11.2024 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.45 noon, the father of the informant namely Sunil Singh was shot dead by unknown persons near C2 Talab, Telco, Jamshedpur. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co- accused. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Telco P.S.
