RAVI KUMAR (SC FOR APRSEI) The court made the following ORDER:- The writ petition is filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:- “……holding the inaction of the respondent as hostile discrimination violating the principles of Article 14 and 16 of 2 the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to extend the benefit of Automatic Advanced Scheme by giving a Special Promotion Post Scale 1 – A, with all consequential benefits.……” 2. On 30.08.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, Sri P. Ravi Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, while placing a copy of the proceedings dated 12.08.2022 issued by the 1st respondent, submits that an amount of Rs.66,725.00 relating to the petitioner, namely Sri R. Gopal Rao working as Junior Lecturer in the Botany Department, has already been released by the respondent Society, for the period from 01.02.2010 to 30.06.2013. Making the said submission, he states that no further orders are required in the present writ petition as the benefit sought by the petitioner was extended by the respondent Society. 4. In view of the above stated position, the writ petition is disposed of, by making the proceedings dated 12.08.2022 as part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
