1. Heard Mr. Bhaskar Payasi, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Saumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking following reliefs :-
“In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime Number 185/2021 registered in Police Station Amleshwar, District Durg, against petitioners, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled in the Lok Adalat.
