Petitioner, in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice in PR No-1659 dated 18th March, 2025 (Anneure-3) issued by the Tahasildar, Jharsuguda. 3. Since the petitioner has remedy under Rule 46 of the Odisha Mines and Minerals Rules, 2016 (as amended in 2023), we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that, the petitioner, if so advised, may work out remedy under the statute in assailing the order impugned under Annexure-3. While computing the Order No. 01. period of limitation the learned Appellate Authority may take into consideration the period of pendency of the writ petition from 5th May, 2025 till date. (K.R.
