10.10.2025 CM APPL. 49495/2025
1. Vide order dated 3rd February, 2025, this Court had already granted relief in favour of the petitioner by recording the statement of the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents about the release of compensation, in a time-bound manner.
2. It appears that inspite of expiry of period of 12 weeks, which was observed in the order, the amount of compensation as due is not released. This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 14/10/2025 at 13:09:14
3. This has prompted the original petitioner to move an application in the
disposed writ petition.
4. In our opinion, the application is not maintainable, as such, it stands
disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to contempt proceedings or such other proceedings as may be permissible in law.
5.
Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
