2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 168/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376 (1), 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the informant who is a minor girl aged about 15 years old.
4. The consent for physical relationship from a minor is immaterial.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
