ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA)
It is the following directions passed by learned Single Judge which are made subject matter of the alleged non-compliance by filing this contempt petition,
"The petitioner is given the liberty to submit all the necessary documents pertaining to the property concerned to respondent No.3. Upon receipt of such a representation along with the necessary particulars, respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law and if the documents establishes that the petitioner is the sole and absolute owner of the property concerned and there are no other rival claimants, the amounts shall be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter."
2. Today when the contempt petition came up for consideration, learned advocate Mr. H.L.Pradeep Kumar for respondent Nos.2 and 3 made a statement before the Court that compliance of the directions is in the process and that the directions shall be complied within two weeks from today.
3. The above statement satisfies learned advocate Mr. P. Dhananjaya for the complainant.

4. Respondent No.3 is directed to comply with the statement made before the Court failing which, the authorities concerned shall be exposed to aggravated form of contempt.
5. The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
