2. The parties are represented through their learned counsel.
3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw these intra court appeals being nos. FMA 1235 of
2 2025 and FMA 1239 of 2025 preferred against the order dated 24.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 respectively, with liberty to file appropriate application seeking modification of the said order based on the judgment of Supreme Court.
4. The other sides have no objection.
5. The appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
6. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
