Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in Crl.M.P.No.16250 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22615 of 2024 imposed in para 4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 06:30 p.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear as and when required. 4.
