The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 313/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. On 13.10.2024, son of the informant namely Devraj Pillai became victim of road rage. He was murdered by 8-10 unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and he was not identified by any witness. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Jaydeep Nayak @ Jojo. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S.
