The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging his transfer order dated 30-06-2025 whereby the petitioner who is working as Revenue Inspector has been transferred from the office of Collector, Land Records Cell, Raipur to the office of Collector, Land Records Cell, District Narayanpur on administrative exigency. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was already posted at core scheduled area from 2010 to 2018 and again he has been transferred Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 to Narayanpur which is core scheduled area which is against the transfer policy for which he has already made a representation on 03-07-2025 to the transfer committee constituted under Clause 8 of the transfer policy dated 05-06-2025, but till date his representation has not been considered by the authorities concerned. 3. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer on merits, however, he would submit that the transfer committee will take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03-07-2025 very soon. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the transfer committee to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03- 07-2025 (Annexure-P/5) in accordance with law on its own merits within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then the status quo shall be maintained by the parties with resect to the petitioner’s transfer. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the transfer committee within a week from today. 6.
