Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents while submitting the written instructions dated 01.09.2018 would submit that nothing survives in adjudicating the matter and that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3. Relevant paragraph of the Written Instructions dated 01.09.2018 reads as under: It is further submitted that the petitioner requested to take necessary action against the erring officers for harassing them by local police quoting the directions of Apex court besides requesting for CBI enquiry as some important local politicians are also involved in this case. However, no further action is needed in this matter as the case in Cr.No.07/2018 u/s.365 IPC of Nandigama PS registered against the petitioner No.1 was referred as „Mistake of Fact‟ on 10.05.2018 and the respondent No.4 already got conducted enquiry in this regard over the irregularities took place in the investigation of this case and sent up a report to the higher- ups on 31.03.2018 for taking up departmental action. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the parties are not touch with the counsel and the counsel is not aware of the whereabouts of the parties. The Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
