Every year, a new policy is being issued by the respondent-State. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the policy according to which, the allotment of the paddy is to be made this year, petitioner can avail appropriate remedy hence, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. 2. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the policy, in case the petitioner is aggrieved and based upon such policy, the benefit of allotment of paddy is denied to the petitioner. 3. Ordered accordingly.
