Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments for the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in auctioning the lease hold rights of land in Ac.2.52 cents in S.No.198/1, Ac.1.47 cents in S.No.247/5, Ac.0.65 cents in S.No.247/1, 2 Ac.0.29 cents in S.No.247/2 and Ac.1.34 cents in S.No.252/3 of Puchalapalli village, Kota Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, during the pendency of the appeal before the Tribunal. 3. The 3rd respondent filed the counter-affidavit stating that the auction of the lease hold rights in respect of the subject lands, since then have been conducted in public auction regularly and presently, public auction for a period of three years i.e., from 2023-2024 to 2025-2026 has already been conducted on 21.08.2024 and the lands were allotted in favour of the highest bidders. 4. In view of the submissions made in the counter-affidavit of the 3rd respondent, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition would not survive. 5. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
