I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.1/defacto complainant seeking permissions to compound the offences with the petitioners herein/accused Nos. 2 and 3 in C.C.No.10101 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.1/defacto complainant seeking to record the compromise and quash the C.C.No.10101 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem against the petitioners herein/accused Nos. 2 and 3. 4 4. Both the parties appeared before this Court and were identified by their respective learned counsel. Accused No.2 could not appear before this Court due to acute ill-health. 5. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance and reported no objection to record the compromise. 6. The complainant/respondent No.1 stated that she has voluntarily come forward for withdrawal of the case since there is no chance for reconciliation of the matrimonial life with the accused No.1. She further represented that they are going to file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. 7. In that view, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. 8. Since both the parties entered into compromise, no further orders are required in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 2 & 3, in C.C.No.10101 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem.
