The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent no.1/Consolidation Officer, Phoolpur, Azamgarh to decide the Case No.82/2018 (Raghunath vs. State) within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending proceeding under Section 42-A of the U.P. C.H. Act before respondent no.1/Consolidation Officer, has been decided on 4.4.2025, as such, no further cause of action survives in the matter. 4. In view of the statement of the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
