This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not considering the representations dated 29.07.2024 and 05.08.2024 submitted by the writ petitioner for granting police protection for conducting meetings of Gram Panchayat, Mannava Village, Ponnuru Mandal, Guntur District as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide police protection through SHO, Ponnur P.S. for the writ petitioner and pass …..”
2. Heard Ms. J.Jyothi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 is not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 and 05.08.2024, for granting police protection for conducting meetings of Gram Panchayat, Mannava Village, Ponnuru Mandal, Guntur District.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that representations of the petitioner were considered and police protection was also provided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, petition may be disposed of.

disposed of. No order as to costs.
