Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 has produced a copy of order dated 24.06.2026, passed by the Director & Disciplinary Authority, IIM Sirmaur, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the penalty of removal from service has been imposed upon the petitioner. 3. In the present case, the petitioner had prayed for 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 quashing and setting aside the suspension order dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-15) and the order contemplating disciplinary proceedings and further directions to reinstate him with continuity of service and all consequential benefits. Since the disciplinary authority has now passed an order of removal from service against the petitioner, the prayer made in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the petitioner, if aggrieved by the order of removal from service is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. It is however made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to also seek subsistence allowance, if not already given to him during the suspension period. 4.
