Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 15-07-2025 1) By way of this application, applicant is seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 4590 of 2018 dated 27.05.2025. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant submit that writ petition filed by present applicant was allowed by this Court vide order dated 2 27.05.2025 but due to inadvertence, in para No. 14, it is held that petitioner shall be granted senior pay scale “with effect from 06.07.2007” instead of 01.01.2003. He prays to modify the order impugned up to that extent. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes. 4) Heard. 5) The writ petition i.e. WPS No. 4590 of 2018 filed by the applicant was allowed vide order dated 27.05.2025 wherein direction was issued to the respondent authorities to provide the benefit of senior pay scale of the applicant with effect from 06.07.2007 and other benefits accordingly. The order was passed by this Court after going through the pleadings made in the writ petition. 6) Taking into consideration the fact that there is no typographical error or any other error apparent on the face of record, I do not find any reason to modify the order dated 27.05.2025 passed in WPS No. 4590 of 2018. 7) Consequently, present MCC stands rejected.
