THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representations at Annexures-C1 and D, by virtue of which the petitioner has sought for release of payments and clear the bills raised for the work done. 2. An affidavit has been filed by the Senior Assistant Director Education, BBMP and the affidavit states regarding clearance of the payment due at Paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 which reads as follows: - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10906 WP No. 27666 of 2024 "3. I further submit that the concerned department has already sanctioned the amount of Rs.27,95,530/- payable to the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, I submit that the corporation would require a period of 60 days to deposit the sanctioned amount of Rs.27,95,530/- to the petitioner's account." 3. Recording the contents of the affidavit extracted above, petition is disposed off in terms of the undertaking given at Paragraph No.4.
