The applicant/writ petitioner seeks release of the amount deposited by the non-applicant/respondent No.3 pursuant to the decision in Execution Petition No.900/2024 (Jogal Ram Versus State and Ors.), decided on 24.07.2025. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent No.3 has no objection for allowing the application. Taking into consideration the decision rendered in Ex. Pet. No.900 of 2024 and the submissions made by learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent No.3, the application is allowed. The amount deposited by respondent No.3 in the Registry of this Court pursuant to the decision in Ex. Pet. No.900 of 2024, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/petitioner alongwith upto date interest, if any.
