1. Heard Mr. Jameel Akhtar Lohani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. S. Baghel, learned Dy. Govt. Advocate for the respondents/ State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“[i] May kindly be pleased to call up entire record pertaining to Crime No. 35/2025 registered on 05/May/2025, from the respondent no.04 & 05 Annexure {P/1) [ii] to allow the present Writ-Petition for issuance of appropriate writ for registering the Case upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 12/04/2025, 12/05/2025, 20/05/2025 and 27/05/2025 before the respondent no.03, 04 & 05, and to proceed proper investigation against the respondent no.06. [iii] to allow the present Writ-Petition for issuance of appropriate writ for registering the Case against the real culprit respondent no.06, and to complete the investigation and submit final-report So, that petitioner be able to get the stolen property from the Court as per procedure of Law. 3 [iv] And may kindly pleased to pass any other relief as such order (s) /direction (s) which may deemed fit necessary / suitable, by this Hon'ble Court while deciding the Writ in favor of the Petitioners herein.”

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available to him before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 6.
