GP FOR HOUSING (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue order or direction especially in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that a the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of A.P. Public Employment Regularization of age of superannuation amendment Act 2014 and thus is entitled to continue in service to the petitioner till attaining the age of 60 years b) that 2 action of the respondents in not extending the benefit of continuation in service to the petitioner till attaining the age of 60 years and further action of the respondents in seeking to retire the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years is illegal arbitrary and discriminatory and is violative of Article 14 16 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and to pass...” 2. At the admission stage of the lis, this Court did not pass interim orders in favour of the petitioner. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Sri Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel for APSHC appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 placed a copy of the proceeding issued by respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.628/2019/SA 4, dated 21.09.2019 and submits that the petitioner herein has retired from service on 31.12.2016 and has taken all retirement benefits. The proceeding issued by respondent No.3 is made part of the record. 5. Acting upon the contents of the proceeding issued by respondent No.3, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
