We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2 HCJ & RC, J W.P. No: 25913 of 2025 Considering the limited nature of controversy, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the petitioners to deposit the amount as ordered by the Tribunal on or before 22.12.2025. Till then, the physical possession of the petitioners over the property in question shall not be disturbed. The Debts Recovery Tribunal, however, shall be at liberty to proceed with the matter.
