Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of by passing similar orders which were passed in CWP No. 19450 of 2025, titled as Bir Singh vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 11.12.2025. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that this petition may be disposed of as prayed for but subject to all just exceptions. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by quashing and setting aside impugned orders Annexure P-3, dated 20.03.2008 and Annexure P-11, dated 30.01.2025, with the observation that the directions passed in CWP No. 19450 of 2025, titled as Bir Singh vs. State of H.P. and others (supra) shall be read as having been passed 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in the present petition also and the Authority concerned shall decide the representation of the petitioner in light of the directions passed by this Court in the above mentioned petition within 12 weeks from today.
