CHAITANYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent and the court made the following; I---I This Criminal Petition, under sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023, has been fI'led by the Petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail in Crl'me No.365/2024 of Muwalavanipalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam commissionerate. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under sections 143(3),144(2) of B.N.S. and See.3(1), 4(1) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. 3. Thecaseoftheprosecution isthat' On 16.8.2024 at 8.00 pm, the Inspector of police, Muwalavanipalem Poll'ce Stall-on, on receipt of credible information about running of a brothel house, rushed to M.V.V.Bhavan Lodge, sivajipalem, Visakhapatnam cl'ty and at the reception of the lodge, they found one person and on seeing police, he tried to run away. police \ apprehended him who is Al and on interrogation, he disclosed his identity particulars and on search of room no.308, police found three women, and they were taken into custody by the women police. On interrogation of women, they stated that Al called them to the saI-d room for doing prostitutl'on. Al was arrested on o7.ll.2024. 4. Heard. Perused the record. er_i-----._ 2 5, On a perusal of maferial available on the record goes tO Show that the petitioner was arrested on o7.ll.2024 and since then he is in judicial remand. He is in jail for more than 80 days. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is an organizer and there are four other cases .that have been registered as against this petitioner. Major portion Of investigation iS completed in this CaSe| 6, Since major portion of investigation is completed in this case, any further detention of the petitioner does not seem necessary. 7, In view of the aforesaid`facts and cI'rCumStanCeS Of the Case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein, on the following conditions.
