The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.0012 dated 13.02.2025 under Sections 316(2) (deleted later on), 316(4) (added later on), 318(4) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 24 of the Immigration Act registered at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 17.03.2025 is made absolute.
