The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act. 3. On a secret information, police conducted raid and 5.100 kg of Ganja was recovered from the house of co-accused Lalit Paswan and this petitioner is said to be involved in the alleged business of Ganja. 4.
