It is a dispute about the assessment of the income tax return and TDS deducted against the compensation received for acquisition of land. The petitioner has a case that he has filed return and claimed refund of TDS in time. However, it was not decided. His appeal has been remitted for assessing the return. 2. The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to assess his return. In view of the facts of the case, we allow this writ petition and direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to assess the return of the petitioner within three (03) months from today. [SHAILESH P.
