The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 23.02.2025 in Case Crime No. 0065 of 2025, under section 318(4), 316(2) Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S.) 2023, Police Station Bhuta, District Bareilly. 2. Mr. Darwari Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners prayed that he may be permitted to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate relief. 3. Learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the instant writ petition but he has no objection to the relief sought by the petitioners. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. 5. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, we are inclined to grant the relief as prayed by petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate Court for the appropriate relief, as prayed.
