Case No. 35 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 456 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 69, 89, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri D.N. Shukla, learned Sub-Judge-III-cum- Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bermo at Tenughat, Bokaro. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Thereafter, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last three years. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri D.N.
