Sakthi Auto Ancillary (P) Ltd, the Respondent in E.C.No.67 of 2021. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondents 2 to 4 as Claimants in the E.C Petition, objects to the petition to condone the delay on the ground https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP No. 7479 of 2025 that it is a delaying tactics and therefore, prayed for dismissal of the petition. 3. On a query raised by this Court whether the Appellant herein as Respondent in E.C Petition had deposited the amount, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.12,21,990/- had been deposited on the file of ' the Joint Commissioner of Labour ', Coimbatore. 4. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the objections raised by the Respondent/Claimant, since the amount had already been deposited, there cannot be any difficulty for the Respondents to withdraw the amount, the petition in C.M.P.No.7479 of 2025 is allowed. 5.
