This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the Respondents as illegal and arbitrary in not considering the petitioners for the post of temporary sub staff and attempting to fill up the post by way of outsourcing through tender process and declare the action as null and void and set aside the same. to direct the Respondents to follow the directions of the Division Bench in W.A.M.P.No.2534 of 2017 in W.A.No.1369 of 2017 and batch dated 03.10.2017, to call for records; and pass such other order or orders…...”

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Bank would submit that the petitioners are not continuing in the Bank. The similarly situated person also filed W.P.No.8017 of 2019 that was dismissed by this Court. Learned counsel would submit that this petition may be disposed of recording the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as the relief has become infructuous, the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
